Erica brings over 25 years of diverse experience in Nursing, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, spanning from Pediatrics to Hospice Care.
She is highly skilled in both pediatric and adult patient care, driven by a strong passion for patient advocacy.
As a Hospice Liaison for multiple hospice companies, she has successfully bridged the gap between patients and providers, ensuring compassionate care and effective communication.
In addition to her hospice work, Erica has provided IV infusions and specialized in training patients to use home ventilators.
She has also served as a Director for Private Duty Nursing, bringing leadership and expertise to that role.
Erica takes great pride in her past experience as a loving Pediatric Nurse, a role she holds dear to her heart.
